You will need:

1/3 cup solidified coconut oil

1/2 cup raw honey, preferably light such as yellow box, macadamia or similar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder

3 tablespoons hulled tahini

pinch sea salt

3/4 cup raw cacao powder

1 – 1 1/2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses

1 tablespoon rosewater

Extra cacao powder, for sprinkling (we also added some dried rose petals, cacao nibs and beet powder for some extra prettiness!)

How to make

1. MIX everything together until perfectly smooth! How easy is is that?

2. Drop teaspoonfuls into small heart shaped silicone moulds and freeze.

3. Makes around 40 bite-sized Truffles. When hard, sprinkle with pinches of cacao powder, beet powder + rose petals. Serve with cups of Mayde Mint Cacao Tea and fresh pomegranates or berries. These are SO melt-in-your-mouth!!

Flavour Variations:

You may easily vary the flavour of this recipe to create Chocolate Mint, Orange, Spiced, or Fruity. Simply add in essential oils, spices or tiny pieces of freeze dried fruits as you desire. Have fun experimenting!
